My eye! My eye!

While attempting to fall asleep last night, my eye started doing some crazy muscle spasm thingee. It was one of those really annoying twitches that you really want to make stop.

But, instead I got a little excited.

It was my right eye that was twitching.

As soon as the spasm was over, I tested my eye. It closes all the way now!

Holy geez, its amazing! I might be able to make it through the day without pouring a bottle of Visine in my eye.

The Bell's Palsy still hasn't gone away completely. My smile is a smidge lopsided (I tried to take a picture, but it just doesn't do it justice). I can't draw through a straw without careful placement.

But, I'm not complaining too much.

Right now.

Maybe later.

Probably later.

Okay, definitely later.

On a side note, and in my side bar, there is a new graphic.

I'm fairly certain anyone who reads any other blogs has already found out that a fellow blogger has lost his only five year old son in a horrible drowning accident.

Nothing can be done to help fix this horrible situation. No words and no actions can make it better.

The blogging community is trying to help the only way we know how: financially.

Please, if you have $5 or more to spare, donate it here.

Leave condolences here.

I usually have spasms in my eyebrow. Sometimes, for no particular reason, I'll have a lazy eyelid. The most unusual characteristic about my left eye is that it squeaks when I press it. My doctor just thinks it's an air pocket or loose tear duct, but I think it's some kind of super power.

Special Sam - Super Power? What kind of power does it give you?!

Avi - Anything to attempt to help. I hope it gets a couple more dollars heading the right direction.

Crunchy Carpets - A year?! A year?! I was told a couple weeks. Oh, man, I hope this doesn't last a year...

Yay, now you are a little less funny looking. Still funny looking of course, but a little less now that you have two eyes that work. :o)

Man...so sorry to hear about that poor little boy and his family. Now that I have one on the way I just can't imagine having her taken in such a short time.
