man oh man

I knew that stepping into this new temporary position wouldn't be roses, but... this is my second day in and I'm already wondering when they will find a replacement. I don't know any of the employees capabilities... I'm already getting behind on cakes (Thank goodness there is another person there that is able to decorate too), and we're short staffed. Not to mention that I have personal stuff scheduled which is conflicting with work. Hopefully it'll all smooth out after the holidays and I won't be ready to pull my hair out. Hopefully.

Well, they knew when they asked me to step in for a while that I didn't have millions of hours to spare. So, I guess they'll deal with what I am able to do. And, if they don't like it, they'll look faster for a replacement. If I have to leave to do something for Tom, so be it. Right? Right.

Okay. I've gotta go finish wrapping Christmas presents.
