Running Behind

I missed the bridal shower, and I feel bad.

I was trying to get caught up at work, and instead got side tracked again (go figure). I've even decided to go into work tomorrow (normally my day off) to get some things straightened out and hopefully get caught up finally... Also, I'm working tomorrow because I'll have Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off. Therefore, my paycheck would reflect that poorly, unless I went in tomorrow. (Did all that make sense?!)

Anyhow, Kirk said that he plans to have a Manager hired by the end of January. I'm not holding my breath, but I am hoping that will work out. Of course, then there's training... which I don't know how much of that I'll be involved in.

Obviously, from the picture in the previous post (and the link to the new album on PictureTrail.com), my Dad's Mom's Christmas was yesterday. Everyone that lives in the United States was able to make it. :-D Girlfriends, boyfriends and fiances too. (Okay... okay... Tom wasn't there... seriously, did you think we miraculously figured out how to get the wheelchair in the house? C'mon... )

And, my Grandma seemed really pleased with her calendar (the homemade project I had been referring to in past posts). Yay! I think it turned out really good. Watch out, everyone, you might all be getting calendars next year for Christmas!!

I think Tom and I are going to curl up and watch a movie. Sounds like a great way to spend this cold cold Sunday, especially since the Chief's game was yesterday. If I'm lucky, I might sneek in a nap! Don't tell Tom!
