My sleeping pattern is all messed up. The guys that have been working on the bathroom were getting here around 8:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday, which has really thrown my body for a loop. I don't mind the waking up at 9 AM or so, but I hate that I'm having a hard time getting into bed before 4 AM. I must have more sleep. I'm at least an 8 hour sleeper, but do better with 9!

I need a nap.
