I’m always looking for the next best thing when it comes to losing weight. My best friend, Elizabeth, just bought me a exercise bike from a garage sale. Now, I just need to watch what I eat, and hopefully the pounds will fall off!

So, imagine my excitement when I saw this new online diet. Joel Marion says you can actually cheat on your diet and still lose weight?! Sign me up.

This web site does say that you can eat all of the normal foods that we’re supposed to stay away from when on a diet. You can eat chocolate, French fries and pizza! I’m definitely looking into this Cheat to Lose Diet right now!
