Why am I the only child in my family that does not have the 'computer gene'? Not that I'm a complete moron when it comes to computers, but its obvious to me that I could stand to learn more. Or, at least have more patience... I'm one of those 'instant results' kinda girl. If I can't see my progress quickly, I have to concentrate my energy on seeing the process through.
Its very hard. I get distracted easily.
For example:
My new tablet is sitting on my desk, waiting impatiently for me to figure it out. And, my web cam decided it wasn't going to work if the tablet didn't have to... I think they're against me. They're out to get my goat. They laugh as I mess with their power sources and attempt to reboot their programs!
I can hear them taunting me, "Ha ha! You don't know what you're doing!"
*audible sigh*
Yet, the gorgeous weather is calling to me, telling me to forget those annoying technological toys that keep me glued to my computer screen. The sunshine and the playful breeze are attempting to wash away the frustrations of these two impossible cohorts.
Regretfully, though, the responsible (yes, I heard you laugh at the use of that word) part of me says I should go to work now before I lose all motivation to leave my house, rip these two teasing toys off my desk, and drown them in the water garden outside.
