We finally decided to take Tom to the hospital on Sunday evening. We just got home a moment ago.

Tom had a bladder infection which was most probably causing the fever. And, he was a step away from having pneumonia. Both cleared up quickly after being put on IV antibiotics and fluids, thank goodness.

We think Tom started with the flu early last week which knocked his immune system down to let the infection take over and allowed his lungs to get cloudy.

If the flu hadn't made him become dehydrated, we might of been able to fight this from home.
I'm kinda feel bad that I was stubborn enough to think I could fix this on my own and waited so long to get Tom to the hospital.

But, we're home now. And Tom feels great, finally.

We'll have to have our Do-Over soon.
